Local Pickup Policy
Hair Extensions (Pickup)
All hair extension orders are available for pickup within 5–7 business days after purchase. Same-day pickup is not available. Please call or text in advance to schedule your pickup time.
Hair Care Products (Pickup)
Hair care products are available for pickup on designated days. Please call or text ahead to arrange your pickup time.

Order Processing Times
Hair Extensions (Shipping Orders)
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Hair Care Products (Shipping Orders)
All hair care product orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
All orders are shipped from Madison, Alabama.
Shipping & Delivery
Most domestic orders are delivered within 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order total.
- Any flat-rate or promotional shipping offers will be shown before payment is completed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Glo Beauty Kollection is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged once in the possession of the shipping carrier.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
We will assist with filing claims when applicable; however, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
